High Tea at Bumbles Café
Bumbles Budds Beach is the perfect venue to enjoy your next High Tea. Served at any time during the week our High Teas are a great way to enjoy an afternoon or celebrate a baby shower, birthday or bridal shower.

Bookings
All bookings must be made two days prior to date of event. For our High Teas, since they are made separately from our normal menu, we do ask for pre-payment and final changes two days prior as well, including any dietary requirements. We do close at 3PM so last seating for high tea will be at 1pm since we give every table a 2-hour experience.
Please ensure your details are correct as the High Tea is only refundable two days prior.

DON’T BE SHY!
You are more than welcome to book a meeting with one of our event managers to show the space that your event will be held in as well as to get a feel for what suits you and your guests best.
FINAL GUEST NUMBERS
Final guest numbers including dietary requirements must be provided 7 days prior to the event date. The host of the event will be charged for NO LESS than the number of confirmed guests. No refunds will be supplied for NO SHOWS.
DAMAGE LIABILITY
Bumbles Café does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any equipment, personal property or merchandise left on the premise by any person prior to, during or after the function. You will be liable for any damages incurred during your event, which includes any necessary repairs or excessive cleaning. Any damage sustained to Bumbles Café will not be tolerated, and clients will be held financially liable. Please be mindful of any personal items, as Bumbles café will not be responsible for any missing items throughout the course of the event. All items including any equipment, personal property or merchandise must be collected within twenty-four (24) hours of event finishing. If there is another event afterwards, all items must be collected by the date the event manager requests.
BEHAVIOUR
Bumbles Café management wants you to enjoy your event, but unruly or poor behaviour will not be tolerated. No smoking of any kind will be tolerated on Bumbles Property, minimum 5 metre from the premise, as per state laws of venues. Bumbles Café management have the right to eject any patron from the venue who we believe is not acting in an appropriate manner or adhering to Bumbles Café behavioural policies. Please be mindful of surrounding Budds Beach residential properties.
LIQUOR LICENSING
Bumbles Café is a fully licensed establishment from 10:30am to 10pm. The management and employees will always follow state licensing laws and the responsible service of alcohol act. If you chose to

GIFT VOUCHER
We have 2 types of gift vouchers:
• Electronic voucher; can be redeemed multiple times as we have a 16 digit number to apply on the payment. You can buy a voucher here.
• Physical voucher; can be requested at the café and can only be redeemed once.
MUSIC AND SOUND SYSTEM
Bumbles Café is equipped with a sound system throughout the restaurant, and you are more than welcome to bring your own Spotify or Apple music logins or use available Bumbles Café playlist. Please note as we are nestled in a residential area, all noise must be stopped by 10pm.
BOOKING POLICY
A booking will be considered as ‘confirmed’ when a both parties have finalised the date in writing.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
Bumbles Café must be notified IN writing of a cancellation.
Deposits are refundable if the cancellation is 2 days prior to the event date.
If cancelled less than 2 days of the event, all monies paid will be reserved by Bumbles Café.
PAYMENTS
To secure your function, a deposit of 10% of the initial quote is required.
Final payment is due 3 days before the event, any additional payments to be charged on the provided credit card on the conclusion of the event.
